Role & responsibilities

Automation Development:
Minimum 3 years development experience with Power Platform & RPA tools like UI Path or Automation Anywhere.
Experience with Microsoft Copilot as part of the Power Platform ecosystem.

Azure Services:
Experience with Azure services such as App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure Storage.

Microsoft Copilot:
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot.

SQL:
Proficiency in SQL, databases, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and complex queries.

Web Services:
Experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP), JSON, XML.

Additional Technical Skills:
Desirable experience in writing interfaces and third-party integrations.
Preferred experience in designing and implementing chatbots.
Desirable experience in General AI development in Power Platform and other platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP).

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Proven problem-solving ability, using sound judgement and experience.




Effective at researching information and analyzing data to support recommendations.

Communication and Stakeholder Management:
Solid interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Confident and skilled when presenting and engaging with stakeholders.
Builds and maintains productive, trusted relationships with stakeholders.

Project Management and Delivery Methodologies:
Experience with agile methodologies and waterfall project delivery approaches.
Demonstrated ability to deliver without significant senior support/escalation.
Ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver work within tight timeframes.
Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced, changing environments.

Self-Management and Teamwork:
