IFRS Business Analyst (IFRS BA)
Lead business analysis activities for IFRS-related change initiatives, ensuring
regulatory, accounting, and reporting requirements are accurately captured,
documented, and implemented.
Partner with Finance, Reporting, Data, and Technology teams to translate IFRS
requirements into business processes, data specifications, and system solutions.
Perform impact assessments, gap analysis, and requirements gathering for
IFRS-driven projects, identifying changes required across processes, controls,
and reporting frameworks.
Support testing, implementation, and change management activities, ensuring
solutions meet business requirements and comply with applicable IFRS
standards.
Manage stakeholder engagement, governance, and project deliverables while
providing subject matter support on IFRS reporting and accounting change




initiatives.
Key Requirements:
Strong experience as a Business Analyst within Finance, Accounting, Regulatory,
or Reporting Transformation programmes.
Positive understanding of IFRS standards, financial reporting processes,
accounting principles, and finance data flows.
Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, impact
assessment, data analysis, and UAT testing.
Experience delivering finance or accounting change initiatives within a banking or
financial services setting.
Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the
ability to work across business and technology teams
