Role & Responsibilities
Configure and maintain Data Streams from Salesforce and external data sources.
Develop and manage Data Model Objects (DMOs) in Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).
Configure Identity Resolution rules and match logic for unified customer profiles.
Build Data Transforms and Calculated Insights using SQL for data processing and analytics.
Create and test customer segments for activation across downstream systems.
Troubleshoot issues related to data ingestion, mismatches, and identity resolution.
Support UAT, deployment, and post-production support activities.
Collaborate with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to implement technical designs.
Participate in code reviews, testing cycles, and release management.
Document Data Cloud configurations, workflows, and technical processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile




35 years of experience in Salesforce development, with hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).
Robust knowledge of Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Data Transforms, and Segmentation.
Positive expertise in SQL (joins, aggregations, window functions).
Experience with JSON, APIs, and data integration pipelines.
Understanding of event-based data processing and customer engagement tracking.
Basic knowledge of Salesforce objects, metadata, and security permissions.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Administrator certifications preferred.
Knowledge of Sales Cloud / Service Cloud and AI capabilities like Agentforce is an added advantage.
