Responsibilities
This role required managing end-to-end PMS operations, client servicing, and compliance activities.
Handling relationships with FA, Custody, RTA, AMC, Exchanges, and internal teams.
Managing trade processing, settlements, reconciliations, fee calculations, audits, regulatory reporting, branch coordination, and customer queries.
Ensuring smooth operations, timely service, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement.

PMS Operations Compliance
Conduct internal, statutory, and PPM audits as per PMS regulations.
Maintain accurate and updated disclosure documents.
Process daily orders and trade settlements with custodians and depositories
Perform daily reconciliations and maintain books, records, and reports.
Prepare and verify fee calculations
Handle monthly and quarterly SEBI and regulatory compliance reporting
Maintain daily accounting records, including ledgers, invoices, expenses, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations.
Manage documentation, filing, and vendor coordination.
Continually explore potential areas of improvisation to increase effectiveness efficiency
Cultivate strong people skills within the team to optimize query resolution.




Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all transactions across all products
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and best ethical standards.

Qualifications
Graduate or MBA or equivalent
9+ years of experience in PMS Operations. Experience in both Mutual fund Other investment products would be preferred.
Must have experience in team and stakeholder management.
Solid client management, communication and presentation skills.
