Role Description The Head of Digital Marketing will lead Weboin’s digital marketing function, overseeing strategy, planning, execution,



and performance across all online channels in a full-time, in office role based in Chennai. This role involves developing integrated digital marketing strategies, managing multi-channel campaigns, and aligning digital initiatives with client business objectives. The Head of Digital Marketing will supervise and mentor a cross-functional team, coordinate with sales and web development teams, and ensure consistent brand messaging for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing social media marketing, search and display campaigns, content-driven initiatives, lead generation programs, and conversion optimization efforts. The role also requires monitoring web analytics and campaign metrics, preparing performance reports, presenting insights to leadership and clients, and driving continuous improvement in digital marketing practices.
