Role & responsibilities

Manage and configure web proxy infrastructures (explicit/transparent), including URL filtering, HTTPS inspection, and application control. • Investigate and resolve L2-level proxy incidents, including root cause analysis (RCA) and troubleshooting connectivity issues. • Deploy, update, and maintain access and security policies for proxy solutions. • Involve in change management processes for proxy config changes, upgrades, or policy modifications. • Analyse logs, packet captures (Wireshark), and network traces to diagnose issues. • Handle issues related to LDAP, SAML, IWA, and active directory integration. • Maintain and configure Proxy A Main skills setuto-Config (PAC) files for traffic routing. Create, troubleshoot, and modify PAC files to steer traffic based on user location, browser settings, and network requirements. • Coordinate with vendors (TAC) and L3 teams for advanced issues and upgrades.
