Role & responsibilities
Experience in imparting software Training & implementation.
Hands on experience on working on Software / ERP / Support.
Responsible for ERP Software Training and implementation at client's end.
Experience in Jewellery Domain is a big plus.
Experience in Deployment and Training of Software Product to Multiple Clients.
Act as a bridge between client and development team for support activities.
Resolve client queries / problems related to the software products.
Persistence /Ability to complete tasks assigned, handle pressure with deadlines
Intermediate Level of Excel would be an add on

Preferred candidate profile
Smart / Go getter with a winner's attitude.
Robust Verbal and Written Communication skills in Hindi and English.
Positive Computer Knowledge and ability to diagnose problems.
Self-motivated and a team player.
Training will be provided for the complete ERP.
Excellent Customer Service Skills.
