Job description:

The Group Manager Business Development will be responsible for driving recent

business acquisition, revenue growth and client relationships across defined

accounts, sectors or geographies. The role will own the end-to-end business

development cycle—from market identification and prospecting to solution

positioning, commercial negotiations and closure.

The role requires a solid understanding of B2B consultative selling, ability to

engage with senior client stakeholders and the capability to translate client business

challenges into relevant talent, recruitment, workforce or consulting solutions.

We are looking for a senior IC who will lead current client acquisition across the

Hyderabad market.

Qualification:

8+ years in customer facing & revenue generating roles

Key skills/experience needed:





Strong research,account mapping, account planning skills

Ability to devise GTM strategy alongside

Solution selling across key decision makers in GCCs, conglomerates etc in the

Hyderabad market

Complex deal negotiation with procurement heads, TA heads etc

Strong communication skills( written & verbal)

Ability to manage & navigate difficult client relationships/situations

Previous quota carrying experience

Ability to engage with CXOs

Strong storytelling skills
