Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to improve team productivity and product quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance overall team capabilities.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AS/400 COBOL 400 (Programming Language).
Solid knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Experience in designing and coding complex software components for enterprise applications.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
Valuable understanding of system integration and performance optimization techniques.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AS/400 COBOL 400 (Programming Language).
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
