Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Design, develop, and continuously refine prompts, system instructions, and multi step workflows to drive accurate, safe, and business aligned outputs from LLMs.
Partner with product, software engineering, QE, and data science teams to translate requirements into reliable, production ready AI behaviors.
Identify and remediate model failure modes such as hallucinations, inconsistency, bias, or unsafe responses through prompt iteration and guardrails.
Define and maintain prompt patterns, templates, and standards to enable scalable, reusable, and maintainable AI solutions.
Support AI quality and release readiness by contributing test scenarios, evaluation criteria, and regression strategies for prompt changes.
Collaborate on measurement and experimentation,



including A/B testing, offline evaluations, and performance optimization (latency, cost, token usage).
Document prompt logic, design decisions, limitations, and best practices to support long term maintainability and cross team adoption.

Background:
Ideally someone with an analytical background (BA, data analyst,) who has moved into this space with some light technical skills.
Experience working on AI/agentic applications
Valuable communication skills and robust English language (will need to write/maintain prompt that work -? requires valuable language skills).
