Solid hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Expertise in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
Experience in Salesforce customization and configuration, including Flows, Validation Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Workflows.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Middleware tools.
Knowledge of Salesforce security architecture and sharing model.
Experience in data migration, deployment, and release management.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Implement business requirements through custom development and platform configuration.
Build scalable integrations between Salesforce and external applications.
Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, LWC components, and custom APIs.
Configure case management, service processes, workflows, approvals, and automation.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
