We are looking for a hands-on AI-Powered SDLC Enablement Lead to drive the adoption of AI-assisted development tools, primarily Claude Code and GitHub Copilot, across Engineering and QA teams. The role combines AI engineering, developer enablement, and enterprise SDLC expertise to accelerate software delivery through agentic workflows and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver training programs for Claude Code and GitHub Copilot adoption.
Implement agentic SDLC workflows for code generation, review, testing, and documentation.
Define AI coding standards, governance, and guardrails.
Configure and integrate MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers within developer toolchains.
Promote AI-driven development practices and identify recent capabilities within the Anthropic and GitHub ecosystems.





Required Skills
Hands-on expertise with Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
Experience building or deploying agentic AI coding workflows.
Robust understanding of MCP integration and configuration.
Experience designing and delivering technical training programs at scale.
Solid knowledge of enterprise SDLC practices, including Git, CI/CD, code reviews, and release management.
Experience integrating AI tools into VS Code and JetBrains environments.
Understanding of security, compliance, and data privacy considerations for enterprise AI adoption.
