Hindustan Consulting Services India Private Limited is looking for an experienced and highly engaging Generative AI & Agentic AI Trainer to deliver practical, industry-oriented Live Online Training.
The trainer must be capable of independently handling online batches of up to 40 candidates and training fresh graduates from fundamentals to job-ready level.
Role & Responsibilities
Deliver instructor-led Live Online Training in Generative AI & Agentic AI
Independently handle batches of up to 40 candidates
Conduct hands-on coding, demonstrations and practical sessions
Train candidates on Python, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering and AI Agents
Provide hands-on exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, Vector Databases and API integrations
Guide candidates in developing real-world AI applications and capstone projects
Conduct assignments, assessments, doubt-clearing and revision sessions
Mentor candidates on GitHub portfolios and project presentation
Conduct technical mock interviews and interview preparation
Track attendance, assessments and individual candidate progress
Keep training content aligned with current industry developments
Preferred Candidate Profile
37 years of relevant industry and/or technical training experience
Robust hands-on expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG and Agentic AI
Robust Python programming knowledge
Practical experience with LangChain/LangGraph and AI Agent development
Proven ability to conduct engaging Live Online Training
Excellent English communication and presentation skills
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for fresh graduates
Solid live-coding, mentoring and batch-management capabilities
Experience handling 30–40 candidates per batch preferred
Real-world Generative AI project experience is highly preferred
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will undergo a Live Technical Training Demo. Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate their teaching ability as well as a real-world Generative AI / Agentic AI project.
