Client experience specialist
JS ID, JP ID and rate card is must while sharing profiles over mail, failure to this will leads to rejection of resumes and also do follow the updated tracker format shared at the bottom of the mail. ( V.imp )
Acknowledge this mail and have a connect call with me regularly for the skills supporting for the day planned for better turnaround.
3 Open Positions.
Supporting In office client visits, handling both In-person and virtual connects ( Hands on Platforms- like Zoom, Teams, Microsoft AV Equipments, Cisco Video conferencing, screens & Projectors etc)
Flexibility for the prep work over the weekend for the coming week visit- Adhoc if required.
Excellent Communication is mandate as this is a Client Facing role. ( Pls share the Rating on Communication )
Candidates should possess positive communication skills and excellent technical knowledge. B.E/B.Tech is mandatory for this skillse
