KEY RESPONSIBILITIES SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Provide L2/L3 production support for Blue Yonder

WMS, including incident triage, defect analysis, root

cause identification, and issue resolution.
Monitor and troubleshoot end-to-end transactions

between BY WMS and integrated systems such as

OMS, ERP, TMS, shipping systems,

automation/controls systems, and carrier platforms.
Support change management, deployment validation,

release support, and hypercare activities for WMS

enhancements and fixe
Configure and implement Blue Yonder WMS (Discrete)

covering end-to-end warehouse workflows: receiving,

putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory

management.
Develop MOCA commands and SQL/Oracle scripts to

support custom business logic, automation, and data

operations across WMS layers.
Lead integration between BY WMS and enterprise

systems (ERP, MES, TMS); configure REST/SOAP APIs

and validate data exchange.
Build and maintain Jasper Reports and dashboards

delivering actionable warehouse insights to client

stakeholders.
Manage unit, SIT, and UAT test cycles; triage defects





and resolve batch/interface failures using BY

diagnostic and log tools.
Collaborate with functional consultants, architects,

and client SMEs to translate business requirements

into scalable WMS configurations.
Support hypercare, post-go-live stabilisation, and

ongoing continuous improvement enhancements.
34 years of hands-on BY WMS implementation experience, including at least one full lifecycle delivery. • Mandatory: Blue Yonder WMS Technical and/or Functional Certification (BY Certified Specialist preferred). • Solid proficiency in MOCA scripting, SQL/Oracle, BY WMS Discrete configuration, and workflow design. • Working knowledge of Jasper Reports, BY Label Designer, RF/Voice devices, and warehouse hardware integration. • Familiarity with ERP integration (SAP/Oracle), REST/SOAP APIs, and EDI data flows. • Agile delivery experience; solid stakeholder communication and documentation skills. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
