We are seeking skilled and motivated DevOps Engineers who are enthusiastic about learning new and existing technologies to deliver exceptional solutions for the resilience of our trading systems. This role demands high responsibility and accountability, with engineers investigating incidents reported by development teams, QA engineers, and monitoring tools, ensuring quick resolution of issues affecting our trading applications. You will work closely with the Trading Platform Operations team to maintain reliability and scalability. Technical SkillsMust Have
Solid programming experience in Java/Python
Expertise in Shell/Bash/Groovy scripting
Proven experience in CI/CD pipeline creation and automation (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Solid understanding of Docker & Kubernetes (GKE/Anthos)
Hands-on experience with Ansible
Strong background in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including Dataflow, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Cloud Composer
Experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning
Familiarity with configuration management frameworks (Ansible/Chef/Puppet)

Good to Have
3–4 years of Spring Boot experience
Knowledge of networking (DNS, DHCP, firewalls, load balancers, IP routing)




Linux administration experience
Automation with Ansible Playbooks
Workplace provisioning and deployment automation (Salt/Chef/Puppet)
Database experience with Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres
Monitoring/logging tools: AppDynamics, Splunk (including dashboard creation with Splunk queries)
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, TeamCity administration
GCP Certification is a plus

Responsibilities
Evangelize the DevOps mindset and solve problems through automation and systematization
Proactively detect, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in cloud and on-premises environments
Perform daily system monitoring, including reviewing logs and alerts
Troubleshoot across the stack: software, application, and network
Diagnose and resolve critical issues, implement changes, and improve reliability
Collaborate across stakeholders to manage integrations and automate processes
Stay updated with tech trends, experiment with recent tools, and mentor team members
Foster a culture of learning and knowledge sharing around reliability practices
Participate in on-call and after-hours support as needed, prioritizing workload effectively
