Role & responsibilities

Must Have Skills:
Candidate should be able to develop dashboards using GCP Looker tool.
This includes creating Looker Views, Models, Explores, metrics and visualizations.
They should have good BI Skills - be able to gather requirements from end users, develop dashboards and also perform data validation and testing using GCP BigQuery/Python. They will closely collaborate with design engineers, backend developers, end users in developing the dashboards.

High level Roles & Responsibilities
Candidate should be able to develop dashboards using Power BI, ServiceNow Reporting & PA modules, GCP Looker tool. This includes creating Looker Views/Models/Explores, Power BI DAX queries/models and metrics and visualizations.
They should have positive BI Skills - be able to gather requirements from end users, develop dashboards and also perform data validation and testing using GCP BigQuery, SQL.
They will closely collaborate with design engineers,



backend developers, end users in developing the dashboards.

Core Skills
BI skills
Development in Power BI, GCP Looker, ServiceNow Reporting a combination of these tools. Ability to learn and adapt to BI tools as per project needs
ServiceNow Reporting experience or exposure a huge plus
Data Validation & Testing
Dashboard development
Tableau/other BI tools - valuable to have

Considerations:

If the candidate has:
Valuable BI experience (gather requirements, understand data, developing metrics and dashboards, data validation & testing) with tools like Power BI/GCP Looker/Tableau/QuickSight etc
Experience with SQL
Experience or exposure to ServiceNow Reporting
Good communication skills and some exposure to GCP or Azure - ability to work with backend data engineers.
