Role & responsibilities
Gather Pre-Production (PP) samples, evaluate buyer comments, and address critical construction points with production and technical teams.
Lead internal PP meetings, evaluate size set comments, execute Pilot Runs, and analyze Buyer QA Pilot Run feedback.
Inspect initial output batches against technical specifications and deliver actionable execution feedback to production lines.
Oversee and verify 100% Inline checking, End-of-Line checking, and daily production reports.
Review QC audit reports, top/bottom measurement logs, batch AQL reports, and daily production quality metrics.
Drive complete compliance with safety policies and align department teams with workplace EHS standards.
