Job Description:
Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for unsecured business lending, aligning with overall organizational goals and market prospects.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation and conceptualization through development, launch, and post-launch performance optimization.
Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify unmet needs and emerging trends in the unsecured lending space.
Design and execute robust marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance product visibility, drive customer acquisition, and increase market share.
Collaborate closely with credit, sales, operations, technology, and risk teams to ensure seamless product delivery, operational efficiency,



and superior customer experience.
Manage the product P&L;, monitor portfolio performance, and implement data-driven strategies to optimize profitability and mitigate risks.
Foster a culture of innovation, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement within the product and marketing functions.
Ensure all product offerings and marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product initiatives and marketing campaigns.
