Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, focused on gathering and documenting non-functional requirements for enterprise IT solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects,



and technical teams to identify performance, scalability, security, usability, reliability, and compliance requirements. Daily responsibilities include conducting requirement workshops and interviews, analyzing existing business processes and systems, creating transparent specifications and acceptance criteria, and supporting design and implementation teams to ensure non-functional needs are addressed. The role also includes collaborating on integration scenarios, supporting functional and non-functional testing efforts, and tracking issues and risks related to system quality. The individual will contribute to continuous improvement of requirement-gathering practices and help maintain alignment between business expectations and delivered solutions.
