Job Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce-focused Data Analyst to support enterprise CRM reporting, analytics, and data governance initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Support teams. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, driving data visibility initiatives, supporting Power BI to Salesforce CRMA migration efforts,



and helping establish Salesforce as the centralized analytics platform for business users. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce reporting and analytics tools, strong business analysis skills, and an interest in contemporary Salesforce technologies such as CRM Analytics (CRMA) and Data Cloud

CRM Analytics & Dashboards

Design, build, and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports using:
Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA / Tableau CRM)
Salesforce Reports & Dashboards
Power BI (transition and migration efforts)
Deliver executive and operational dashboards for Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership teams.
Centralize reporting and metrics into Salesforce CRMA to create a unified analytics experience for users.
Data Governance & Data Quality

Support enterprise data governance initiatives and data cleanup activities.
