Role & responsibilities

Training Operations:

Assist in scheduling, coordinating, and setting up training sessions (classroom, virtual, or blended).

Communicate with participants, trainers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.

Handle logistics such as booking venues, arranging materials, and managing invites.

Learning Support:

Maintain and update training calendars and trackers. Support content development (presentations, handouts, surveys).

Capture attendance, feedback, and training records.

LMS & Digital Learning:

Upload content, assign courses, and manage user data on the LMS. Generate basic learning reports and dashboards.

Encourage employee engagement with digital learning platforms.

Feedback & Reporting:

Collect and compile feedback from training programs.





Support analysis of learning data to measure effectiveness.

Prepare summary reports and documentation for audits

Self-driven individual eager to grow in the field of HR and talent development
Robust organizational and coordination skills.
Valuable verbal and written communication.
Hands on in basic excel and dashboards, familiarity with MS PowerPoint.
Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a cooperative mindset.
Familiarity with digital learning tools.
