Role & responsibilities
Track daily departmental production metrics, run regular floor performance review meetings, and execute real-time productivity solutions.
Monitor end-to-end floor operations and departmental workflows from fabric in-housing to order dispatch.
Work closely with Merchandising and Quality teams to eliminate raw material shortages, technical delays, and production barriers.
Guide quality and line execution teams on standard operational methods; escalate major operational issues to senior management.
Represent the department during ISO audits to achieve full certification compliance with zero Non-Conformities (NCs).
Ensure strict adherence to job-related safety standards and workplace EHS notice board protocols.
