We are looking for an experienced Product Management qualified / Fractional Product Manager / Product Management firm to support a growing technology team for an initial 2–3 month engagement.
We have multiple SaaS / AI-enabled products currently at Beta stage, including solutions in areas such as ATS, recruitment, candidate assessment, workforce workflows and automation.
An existing team of 10–12 developers/product resources is working on these products. We are not looking for additional development capacity—we need strong product leadership and execution discipline.
What we need
The partner will help us:
Establish and drive weekly sprint planning and reviews
Prioritise the product backlog and define explicit weekly outcomes
Identify and develop recent use cases and product capabilities
Map requirements to different user personas and customer journeys
Balance core product development vs. customer-specific customisation
Ensure requirements are clear and development-ready
Track sprint commitments and delivery
Coordinate Product, Engineering and QA
Help move products from Beta MVP customer adoption
Bring AI-first thinking to product features and development workflows
Provide a concise weekly update to the CEO

Strong preference for someone who has worked on similar products, particularly:
We are looking for someone who is hands-on and execution-oriented—not just someone who runs Scrum ceremonies or maintains Jira.
Engagement
Duration: 2–3 months initially
Time: ~1–2 hours/day, to be reviewed as the engagement progresses
Mode: Remote / Hybrid; Ahmedabad preferred
Engagement: Freelance / Consulting / Retainer
