Role & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, build, and configure applications based on business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project needs and deliver effective solutions.
Develop and maintain application features using Java.
Utilize Japanese language (JLPT N3 or above) to communicate with stakeholders, clients, or documentation when required.
Participate in team discussions and contribute technical solutions to project challenges.
Perform code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to development standards.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to improve system performance.
Assist in documentation of application workflows, processes, and technical specifications.
Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.





Preferred Candidate Profile:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Japanese language (JLPT N3 or above).
Hands-on experience in Java development and application development projects.
Solid understanding of database design and optimization techniques.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and SDLC processes.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and contribute effectively in team environments.
Solid communication skills in Japanese and English.
Bachelors degree with minimum 15 years of full time education.
Willingness to work from Bengaluru location.
