Preferred candidate profile

Role:

SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) Consultant to design, implement, and support LMS solutions for enterprise HR transformation projects. The role involves end-to-end ownership of LMS configuration, integration, and stakeholder enablement, ensuring seamless learning experiences across the organization.

Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors LMS modules.
Configure learning items, curricula, programs, certifications, and compliance training.
Manage LMS integrations with HR Core, Recruiting, Onboarding, and external content providers.
Develop custom reports and dashboards for learning analytics (SAC/ORD).
Collaborate with HR, IT,



and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, audit, and governance standards.
Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for HR teams and end-users.

Experience & Qualifications
67 years of SAP SuccessFactors LMS experience (implementation + support).
At least 2–3 end-to-end LMS implementations.
Robust understanding of HR processes and learning governance.
SAP SuccessFactors certification in LMS preferred.
Experience working with global teams and multi-country rollouts.
