Role & responsibilities :
Prepare and process customer orders for dispatch.
Ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipment of products.
Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for timely pickups.
Generate invoices, shipping labels, and other dispatch documents.
Track dispatched shipments and update their status.
Maintain dispatch records and daily reports.
Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and customer support teams.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.
Resolve dispatch-related issues and minimize shipment delays.
Monitor pending orders and prioritize urgent shipments.

Preferred candidate profile:
Knowledge of courier aggregators and shipping portals.
Experience in inventory management and order fulfillment.




Familiarity with barcode scanners and warehouse processes.
Valuable knowledge of warehouse and dispatch operations.
Familiarity with Unicommerce Software and Microsoft Excel.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:
1 - 3 years of experience in warehouse, dispatch, or logistics operations.
Experience with e-commerce or 3PL operations is preferred.
