Job Summary: We are looking for a energetic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment, employee engagement, grievance resolution, and administrative HR tasks. This role requires expertise in HRMS portals to efficiently manage HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Campus Placements
● Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
● Develop and maintain relationships with colleges/universities for campus placements.
● Organize career fairs, placement drives, and internship programs.
Employee Grievances & Engagement
● Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and qualified manner.
● Implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture and morale.
● Conduct regular feedback sessions and ensure employee satisfaction.
Attendance & Leave Management
● Monitor employee attendance and ensure compliance with company policies.
● Manage leave records and approvals through the HRMS portal.
● Generate reports on absenteeism and recommend corrective actions.
Employee Performance Management
● Assist in performance appraisal processes and employee evaluation systems.
● Support managers in setting KPIs and performance improvement plans.
● Track performance data and generate reports using the HRMS portal.
General Administration & HRMS Management
● Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
● Ensure smooth functioning of HRMS software for payroll, attendance, and compliance. ● Assist in policy implementation and ensure adherence to labor laws.
Offboarding & Exit Management
● Manage the exit process, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring smooth handover procedures.
● Identify trends in employee exits and suggest strategies for retention improvement.
