Planning, budgeting & implementation of Mechanical Maintenance of all equipment in various chemical plants & ZLD Section (North Block Area) , so that their performance is as per requirement to achieve the set production targets smoothly.
To Implement Preventive Maintenance program of all chemical plants/ ZLD sections (N.Block) as per schedule to prevent sudden breakdowns.
To prepare/initiate/maintain all QMS documents like SOP, Formats, RFDs, Manual, Change Control, CAPA, incident, deviation and investigations etc.
To prepare/ maintain all documents like Preventive Maintenance records, Equipment Qualification, consumable records etc. as per GMP, ISO, Regulatory & IOLCP guidelines.
To maintain/ update the preventive maintenance/ maintenance record in SAP.
Mechanical support in the designing,



budgeting & implementation of recent projects as per positive engineering practices.
To maintain optimum inventory level of critical spares in close co-ordination with Store & Purchase Department.
Planning and implementation for current expansions, modifications & improvement projects to minimize operational costs.
To ensure compliance of Legal concerns, internal as well as External Audit reports.
To form the Performance review of employees, training need identification, implementation of training programs.
Resource planning, deployment and their optimum utilization.
To undertake any other duties as appropriate and as required by the organization.
To allocate job to contractor and Co-ordinate with them to ensure the proper working.
To execute day to day activities like Shutdown, Breakdown, Maintenance of Equipment, Preventive maintenance, etc.
To coordinate with managers for allocating the manpower effectively and ensure maximum pro
