Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Techno-Functional Consultant with 9+ years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing and Customer Service solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a solid blend of functional business process knowledge and technical expertise to deliver end-to-end CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Sales and Customer Service processes.
Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service applications.
Design and implement solutions usingMicrosoft Dynamics 365
Develop and customize plugins, workflows, JavaScript, business rules, custom APIs, and PCF controls.
Integrate D365 with external applications using REST APIs, Azure Services, Logic Apps or middleware.
Perform data migration using Data Import Wizard, SSIS or Azure Data Factory.
Participate in solution design, technical architecture, code reviews and deployment activities.




Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants and cross-functional teams during all project phases.
Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression testing and production deployments.
