Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT requirements.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and compensation.
• Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
• Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, offer negotiation, and joining formalities.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.
• Maintain a robust candidate pipeline and achieve recruitment targets.
