Role Description This is a full-time, in office Relationship Manager role based in Lucknow.



The Relationship Manager will be responsible for sourcing and managing customers seeking home loans and loans against property, with a focus on the lower and middle income segment. Daily activities include identifying prospective clients, conducting field visits, explaining loan products, collecting and verifying customer documentation, and coordinating with credit and operations teams for smooth processing. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, managing queries and service requests, and ensuring timely follow-up to drive disbursals and portfolio growth. The Relationship Manager will also track market trends, build networks with local influencers and referral partners, and adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
