Role & responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements.
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
Coordinate with the F&B; Service team to ensure smooth guest service.
Handle guest enquiries and requests politely and professionally.
Maintain the guest waiting area and restaurant entrance.
Ensure excellent grooming, hygiene, and skilled appearance.
Assist in maintaining guest satisfaction and a pleasant dining experience.
Handle guest feedback and communicate concerns to the concerned supervisor.
Follow company policies, service standards, and hospitality procedures.

Preferred candidate profile
Female candidates with a pleasant personality and skilled appearance.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in Hospitality, Hotels, Restaurants, or F&B; Service is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills and a positive attitude may also apply.
Excellent guest service and customer-handling skills.
Well-groomed, confident, and presentable.
Ability to work in shifts and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and guest handling is an added advantage.
