Job Description
The Prospect
Flywire is seeking a highly skilled Senior People Analytics Specialist (Workday) to strengthen the People team's ability to make timely trusted data-informed decisions. This role will own the design, development, maintenance and continuous improvement of People reporting and analytics within Workday.
You will partner closely with People leaders, People Operations, People Technology, Finance and Business Intelligence teams to translate business questions into scalable reporting solutions.
