Job Description Management Associate

Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain Enovia DSM setups and stability study data tracking.
Raise and track Change Controls (CCPs) in Veeva Quality and ensure timely closure of action items.
Support MPD/Analytical teams with batch records, technical documentation, and TT document reviews.
Create Coupa POs based on approved quotations.
Perform QC Soft entries for stability/raw material reports and protocol printing.
Coordinate sample testing, laboratory waste destruction, and stability sample records.
Review supplier qualification and technical documents and coordinate with RM suppliers for required documentation.
Maintain action logs, WIP trackers, and documentation records while coordinating with cross-functional teams through MS Teams, Email & SharePoint.
