Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,



or a related field, with1 to4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT industry
Technical skills, including proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment software, and Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and clients
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Certifications, such as CPRW (Certified Professional Resume Writer) or CIR (Certified Internet Recruiter), are a plus
