Fraud Investigation & Loss Prevention Logistics.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Fraud Investigation & Loss Prevention professional to manage and investigate fraud cases across logistics operations. The role will involve RTO investigations, field investigations, recovery, police coordination, internal investigations, and identifying fraud risks across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
Investigate fraud cases across RTO, First Mile, Linehaul, Last Mile, and Public Consignments.
Coordinate with police authorities for FIRs, recovery, investigations, and legal proceedings.
Lead recovery efforts and negotiate settlements in fraud-related cases.
Conduct internal investigations, including MM-related fraud cases.
Identify process gaps and fraud risks across logistics workflows.
Recommend preventive and corrective measures to minimize fraud and losses.
Prepare detailed investigation reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Maintain proper documentation and case tracking.
Travel frequently across states for field investigations and recovery activities.

Required Skills
Strong fraud investigation and fraud detection skills.




Positive negotiation and recovery management skills.
Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
Experience in RTO analysis, reverse logistics, and shipment fraud.
Experience in police liaisoning, FIR processes, and legal coordination.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively for field investigations.
High level of integrity and skilled ethics.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS, and reporting dashboards.

Qualification & Experience
Graduate in any discipline.
experience in fraud investigation, fraud prevention, loss prevention, or risk management.
Experience in logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, or delivery operations is preferred.
Prior experience dealing with police authorities and legal processes will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in Logistics Fraud, RTO Fraud, Fraud Investigation, Loss Prevention, Field Investigation, Recovery, Police Liaison, and E-commerce Fraud will be preferred.
