Key Responsibilities
Design and develop enterprise applications using Pega PRPC/Pega Infinity.
Translate business requirements into scalable Pega solutions.
Develop and customize Case Types, Data Models, Workflows, UI components, Decision Tables, and Business Rules.
Design reusable and maintainable Pega application components.
Work extensively with Pega Integration Services, REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and external systems.
Perform application configuration, development, debugging, testing, and deployment.
Analyze and resolve technical issues and production defects.
Ensure applications follow Pega best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
Optimize application performance using Pega Performance tools and best practices.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
Participate in requirements analysis, technical design, estimation,



and implementation activities.

Required Skills
6+ years of Pega development experience.
Pega CSSA certification is mandatory.
Robust experience in Pega PRPC / Pega Infinity.
Hands-on experience with Pega Case Management, BPM, SAIL/UI, Data Pages, Data Types, and Decision Rules.
Strong knowledge of Activities, Flows, Flow Actions, When Rules, Declare Expressions, and Report Definitions.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.
Good understanding of SQL and database concepts.
Experience with Pega Deployment, debugging, and performance optimization.
Knowledge of Pega Guardrails and application design best practices.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Positive to Have
Experience working on Pega Customer Service, Pega Financial Services, or Pega Platform.
