Role & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy applications using Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Customize and configure Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs.
Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality delivery.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Robust knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
Experience with REST integrations and version control tools like Git.
Good understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
15 years of full time education (Bachelors degree or equivalent).
