Designation: Manager, Finance & Accounts
Office Location: Gurgaon
Role Overview: The ideal candidate must be a qualified CA responsible for end-to-end management of company funds, optimizing investment returns, and streamlining the accounts payable ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Treasury & Fund Management
Liquidity Forecasting: Manage daily cash positioning and develop short-to-medium term cash flow forecasts to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
Investment Strategy: Identify and evaluate investment avenues (Mutual Funds, FDs) to maximize returns on surplus funds while adhering to the company’s risk policy.
Compliance: Ensure all treasury activities comply with internal controls, statutory regulations, and board-approved investment mandates.
Payment Operations (OPEX & Reimbursements)
Disbursement Oversight: Lead the end-to-end payment process for OPEX, employee reimbursements, and utility payments, ensuring 100% accuracy and adherence to TAT.
International Payments: Oversee cross-border transactions, managing FEMA regulatory, Form A2 filings,
and other compliance requirements.
Strategic Procurement & Vendor Partnership
Strategic Sourcing: Collaborate with the internal teams to negotiate favorable credit terms and payment cycles with key suppliers to improve the Working Capital cycle.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Department Heads & their teams to streamline the vendor onboarding process, ensuring proper KYC and tax documentation.
Process Improvement: Resolve complex vendor escalations and bridge communication gaps between the finance function, internal teams and external partners.
Audit & Control
Lead the AP and Treasury segments during statutory and internal audits, providing necessary documentation and ensuring "zero-observation" reports.
Candidate Profile:
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
Experience: 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or AP
