Senior Accountant - Hyderabad (Attapur)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting activities.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Maintain General Ledger and pass necessary journal entries.
Handle GST-related activities, including returns and reconciliations.
Handle TDS-related accounting and compliance.
Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRS).
Verify and process purchase and sales invoices.
Handle vendor and customer reconciliations.
Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Prepare MIS and financial reports.
Support month-end closing activities.
Coordinate with auditors and support statutory/internal audits.
Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and financial records.
Required Skills
Solid hands-on knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime
Valuable understanding of GST and TDS
Experience in AP, AR, General Ledger and Bank Reconciliation
Knowledge of purchase and sales accounting
Positive knowledge of MS Excel
Ability to handle accounting independently with accuracy
Experience
Approximately 4 - 8 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with exposure to a manufacturing/construction/industrial environment.
