Role & responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Apex, and Visualforce.
Work extensively on Salesforce Classic and Lightning development frameworks.
Ensure high-quality code through effective Apex coding practices, exception handling, and debugging techniques.
Extensive experience in establishing Integration with third-party systems.
Perform customization, configuration, and deployment across Salesforce environments.
Collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure successful delivery.
Assist, guide, and mentor junior team members when required.
Participate in system integration, data migration, and release management activities.
Maintain best practices for Salesforce development and contribute to process improvements.
Work cross-functionally with product owners, QA teams, and architects to align deliverables with business needs.
LOS (Loan Origination System) experience is considered a robust plus.

Required Skills & Qualifications
58 years of solid hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
Proficiency in LWC, Aura, Integration, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, and Visualforce.
Solid experience with Lightning Experience and Classic environments.
Solid understanding of Salesforce deployments, using tools like CI/CD, Change Sets, or Azure DevOps pipelines.
Ability to troubleshoot and perform deep debugging across different Salesforce components.
Experience with exception handling, bulkification, and adhering to Salesforce governor limits.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact directly with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to mentor and support team members when needed.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) are an added advantage.
Experience in LOS or financial domain preferred.
