Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Operations & Maintenance to manage end-to-end O&M; activities across multiple pumping stations and the centralized Command Centre. The role will be responsible for operational performance, preventive/predictive maintenance, team management, safety, compliance, reporting and coordination with technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage O&M; activities across multiple pumping stations and Command Centre operations.
Monitor uptime, energy consumption, throughput, alarms and operational KPIs.
Plan preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities.
Manage site teams, shift rosters, responsibilities and performance.
Coordinate with AI/ML, Hardware and technical teams for alert-based issue resolution.
Monitor work orders, MTTA/MTTR, breakdowns and recurring faults.
Ensure safety, permit-to-work, LOTO and statutory compliance.
Maintain operational,



maintenance and ISO-related documentation.
Manage vendors, spares and maintenance requirements.
Support audits, RCA, CAPA and continuous improvement activities.

Candidate Profile
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering.
6–10 years of O&M; experience in utilities, water/wastewater, pumping stations or industrial operations.
Experience managing multiple sites and O&M; teams.
Robust knowledge of pumps, rotating equipment, valves, drives and auxiliaries.
Familiarity with SCADA, Command Centre operations, instrumentation, VFDs and protection systems.
Exposure to condition monitoring, predictive maintenance or AI/ML-based alert systems preferred.
