Job Description
The Assistant Manager - Private Equity Fund Accounting role is responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality accounting, financial reporting,



and client service activities for complex private equity fund clients. As the primary owner of client deliverables, you will oversee NAV reporting, financial statements, investor reporting, and fund administration processes while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. This role combines technical accounting expertise with people leadership, requiring you to coach teams, manage stakeholder relationships, drive operational excellence, and support process improvements. Success in this position comes from balancing client expectations, developing talent, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and risk management.
