Role & responsibilities
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for electrical & Mechanical equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical & Mechanical faults and malfunctions.
Respond to emergencies and ensure prompt resolution of electrical & Mechanical.
Ensure that electrical & Mechanical systems and equipment are maintained in a protected and reliable condition
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
Prepare reports on the performance of electrical systems and equipment.
Document any issues or problems encountered and recommend corrective actions.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding maintenance activities and issues.
Identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance processes and procedures.
Complete Maintenance & Breakdown visit as per SLA
Project take-over: Inspection of current installations,



share open points with the Project, and ensure closure.
Implement upgradation / rebuild work at the site
Operational & maintenance training to User
Improve/Maintain System availability
Ensure replenishment of critical spare parts with the customer.

Preferred candidate profile
Min 2 - 3 years in field of Electro-Mechanical maintenance
Read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, electrical drawings, and service manuals to perform required maintenance work
Basic Knowledge of Switchgear components, Control Panels/Power distribution Panels
Troubleshooting of industrial communication system viz. Profibus, Profinet, AS-I, etc.
Knowledge of configuring & troubleshooting of VFDs, Encoders, PLC,etc.
