Looking for an experienced Construction professional with proven expertise in delivering large-scale Data Centre projects.

Location: Pune/Navi Mumbai
Experience: 15–18 Years
B.E./B.Tech – Electrical/Mechanical only

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
End-to-end project delivery from inception to handover
Project planning, scheduling, budgeting & cost control
Tendering, bid evaluation & contractor/vendor management
Manage suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely delivery, coordination, installation, testing & commissioning of their products at site as per project requirements
Value engineering, risk, change & contract management
Design, civil & MEP coordination
Site coordination, RFI resolution & quality management
Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage client/stakeholder relationships

IDEAL PROFILE




15–18 years of experience in the Indian market
8–10 years with a contracting company
Complete lifecycle experience on at least 2 large-scale Data Centre projects
Robust knowledge of civil, MEP, procurement, installation & commissioning
Strong contractor/vendor network in India
Exposure to BIM and technology-driven construction
Solid leadership, planning, communication & problem-solving skills
Willingness to relocate based on project requirements
