We have been mandated by a large global conglomerate for the below mentioned position.
Position Title : Manager / Senior Manager Legal (Land & Port)
Qualification : LLB/LLM
Experience: 5+ Years
Role Overview:
Drafting and negotiating land, port and commercial contracts.
Handling litigation, arbitration and pre-litigation matters.
Supporting labour compliance and internal investigations.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and negotiate contracts, flag legal and commercial risks.
Advise HR, land, port and tax teams on legal matters.
Handle litigation (IBC, employee, tax) and maintain a litigation tracker.
Support internal investigations and draft disciplinary letters.
Liaise with regulators and external stakeholders on policy matters.
Support corporate restructuring exercises.
Track legal and regulatory changes affecting the business.
