Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer with a robust background in Assembler programming to join our energetic team as a Process Lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading software development projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and mentoring junior developers. This role requires a deep understanding of Assembler language and its applications in software development.

Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using Assembler.
Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Identify and resolve software defects and performance issues.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for software applications.




Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and coding standards.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends related to software development.

Mandatory Skills:
Proficient in Assembler programming language.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Experience with debugging and performance tuning of Assembler code.

Preferred Skills:
