we are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance-FP&A; team in Noida. This is an exciting chance to work on financial planning and analysis profile with outstanding experience on budgeting/forecasting/revenue reporting and reconciliation/customer revenue analysis.

About You:
BCOM or Finance Graduate / relevant Post Graduate degree is . (CA/MBA Finance is added advantage)
Strong analytical, forecasting methods skills, and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of financial and general accounting principles, practices, and procedures
Ability to multi-task and prioritize complex tasks under tight deadlines.
Transparent, concise communication skills
Proven experience in use and application of Excel, PowerPoint and/or other reporting tools.

What will you be doing in this role?
Member of Corporate Functions FP&A; team, which provides partnership and financial support for Chief People Officer, CFO, SVP Of Revenue Operations, and General Counsel. Role will report into Director of FP&A.;




Regular data entry and/or data downloads from financial tools (eg Adaptive Planning, NetSuite) for usage in analyses, forecasting, and budgeting.
Regular partnership with central FP&A; team for corporate deadlines, forecast and budget submissions, and variance analysis.
Regular partnership with Controllership / Accounting to review journal entries, understand anomalies in data, and ensure clean financials.
Routine reviews of key spend areas, such as compensation costs/trends, vendor analysis, and other areas as relevant to ensure risks and opportunities are identified and communicated timely.
Preparation of excel-based or PowerPoint- based materials as part of financial reporting requests.
Support team in ad-hoc analysis and tasks as .
Coordinate with cross-functional Finance teams to resolve data quality issues and reporting challenges.
Attend meetings and perform follow-up on data quality issues to ensure resolution.
