Essential Job Functions:

Sales & Distribution Activities:
Design, implementation, and deployment SAP ERP solutions for sales, including sales-order management cycle and post-sales activities, all business transactions in SAP SD relative to Pricing, billing & Customer Service component
Facilitate the implementation, support & configuration of SD related issues as per client’s requirements
Identify gaps, issues & work around solutions, document functional designs, test cases & results
Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues • Interacting with business users to understand requirements and architect solution by leveraging standard functionalities




Leverage best practices and guide team members to build solution to address recent business requirements Estimation/validation of effort estimation for the change requests to provide additional functionalities or to address recent business requirements
Collaborate with business users and guide them to perform UAT and get their validation for the changes done as per CR Pr
ovide needed support to Order To Cash users in case they face any issues/challenges with SAP system w.r.t Order To Cash processes

Qualifications:
Knowledge of IT systems such as SAP along with experience of working with Order To Cash users in case they face any issues/challenges with SAP system w.r.t Oder To Cash processes
